At ÉLAN STUDIO, we understand that unexpected events can arise, making it necessary to reschedule appointments. However, to accommodate our ever-growing list of guests waiting for services, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Should you find yourself unable to provide the requested notice, a credit card will be required to secure your next booking. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be applied to the card on file.

In the event of a no-call, no-show appointment, a fee of 100% of the missed service will be charged to rebook a future appointment. Your understanding and cooperation with our policy allow us to serve all our guests efficiently.
